Billing questions

What counts towards the monthly lead limit?

Every new lead created in a calendar month, whichever way it arrived — capture API, CSV import or typed in by hand. Duplicates merged into an existing lead do not count again. The counter resets on the first of each month.

What happens if we go over the limit?

Your team keeps working every lead already in the system. New leads arriving through the capture API are refused with a clear reason until you upgrade, so you find out immediately rather than losing enquiries quietly.

Do you offer a GST invoice?

Yes. Add your GSTIN in billing settings and it appears on every invoice, so the tax is claimable as input credit.

Can we cancel?

Any time, from the billing page. You keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for, and your data stays available for export throughout.
